Plan material handling

365 supplies dumpsters for approved construction and demolition loads. Deliveries and exchanges are coordinated directly with dispatch, with same-day service subject to availability.

A 40 yard roll-off handles approved bulky debris. Concrete and dirt require a reviewed lowboy load. Roofing, stucco and mixed debris need approval before ordering.

Confirm the project’s diversion requirement

For covered projects, CALGreen, California’s green building code, requires at least 65% of nonhazardous construction and demolition debris to be recycled or salvaged for reuse. Local permit conditions may add requirements. Confirm the applicable standard with the project’s city or building department.

Within the City of Los Angeles, mixed construction and demolition debris must go through a permitted hauler to a City-certified processing facility. Confirm the approved receiving location before hauling.

Recycling receipts and material diversion reports support your project records. Share required forms and reporting needs before the first haul.
